1. INTRODUCTION
Adventure activities such as trekking, rock climbing, camping, hiking, mountaineering, rappelling, zipline, river crossing, and outdoor learning programs expose participants to natural environments where immediate medical assistance may not be available.
A properly stocked First Aid Kit enables trained instructors and leaders to provide immediate care until professional medical help arrives.
2. OBJECTIVES OF A FIRST AID KIT
